Unlimited clients
People are charged for, clients are not. A firm with four fee earners and three hundred clients pays for four.
Documents, kept properly
Stored outside the web root, fetched only through the docket, and never visible to a client unless somebody deliberately shares that document.
GST invoices
Downloadable, with your GSTIN on them, so the input tax credit is straightforward.
Questions people actually ask
What is charged when I add a trademark?
Nothing, until you pass the allowance on your plan. After that each extra mark is charged at the rate shown above and appears on your next invoice. The amount therefore follows what you actually hold on the day the invoice is raised. Where a change would increase the debit by more than a nominal amount you get at least twenty-four hours' notice first.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep full access for fourteen days while we retry. After that the account becomes read-only — everything is still there, still searchable and still exportable, but you cannot add new marks or record new events. Nothing is deleted.
How do I cancel?
In Plan and payments, with immediate effect on future charges. No email, no retention conversation. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. See cancellation and refunds.
Are my card details stored here?
No. Card details go to the payment gateway and never reach this server. We hold the gateway's reference and your invoices, nothing else.
Can I claim input tax credit?
Yes, if you give us a valid GSTIN before the invoice is raised. It then appears on the invoice in the ordinary way. We cannot add a GSTIN to an invoice that has already been issued.
Is there a free trial?
You can create a workspace and add trademarks before paying anything, so you can see your own portfolio and its real deadlines before you decide. Payment starts when you pass the free allowance.
