Service delivery
What you get, when you get it, and what counts as us not having delivered.
This is software, delivered over the internet. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to receive by post, so the ordinary shipping questions have unusual answers. They are set out here because a payment gateway requires them, and because they are worth knowing anyway.
01 What you are buying
Access to Ragulika IP Trademark Assistant at tm.docket.ragulikaip.com for the plan you chose: the trademark docket, the deadline and renewal engine, the opposition and hearing workspace, document storage, and the people you invite into it.
02 When it is delivered
Immediately. An account is usable the moment it is created, before any payment is taken, and a plan change takes effect as soon as it is confirmed by the gateway — in practice within a minute. There is no provisioning queue and no waiting period.
If a payment succeeds and your plan has not changed within fifteen minutes, something is wrong. Tell us and we will fix it by hand.
03 How it is delivered
Through any modern browser, over HTTPS. There is nothing to install, no licence key, and no download. The site also installs as an app on a phone or tablet if you want it on a home screen, which changes nothing about how it works.
04 What is not included
- Filing anything. The application does not file, does not correspond with the Registry, and does not put anyone on the record for you.
- Professional services. Searches, opinions, drafting, replies, appearances and prosecution are engaged separately with Ragulika IP and charged separately.
- Continuous monitoring of the Registry. The docket knows what has been recorded in it. It does not watch the Registry on your behalf.
05 Support

06 What counts as us not having delivered
If the service is materially unavailable for a significant part of a paid month, that is a failure to deliver and it is refundable — see cancellation and refunds. A short interruption for maintenance is not, and neither is a problem at your end.
A deadline you missed is not a delivery failure, even if the reminder did not reach you. The application is an aid; the responsibility for the file stays with you and your professional adviser. This is stated in clause 02 of the terms and it is not fine print — it is the single most important thing on this site.
07 Geography and currency
The service is sold from India, priced in Indian rupees, and charged with Indian GST. It is built for Indian trade mark procedure specifically: the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Trade Marks Rules 2017 and the five registry offices. It is available anywhere, but it is not useful for a foreign registry.
