Who to write to, and who to escalate to if we do not answer.
What to write to us about, and where
- Something in the docket looks wrong. Tell us the mark and the date you think is wrong. Every deadline here names the rule it came from, so quoting that reference is the fastest way to get an answer.
- Billing, invoices and GST. Quote the invoice number. Refunds are covered on the cancellation and refunds page.
- Your personal data. Access, correction, erasure and export requests are covered in the privacy policy.
- Anything urgent about a live deadline. Please phone. Email is read within a working day, which is not fast enough for a date that falls this week.
Grievance officer
If we have not answered you, or you are not satisfied with the answer, the grievance officer is Dr Rupalika, reachable at contact@ragulikaip.com or at the postal address above.
A grievance is acknowledged within forty-eight hours and resolved within thirty days. If it concerns your personal data, say so in the subject line so it is routed correctly.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot act on a trademark matter for you unless you have separately instructed Ragulika IP as your agent and that engagement is in place. This application is a docketing tool. Writing to this address about a deadline does not put anybody on the record for you, does not file anything, and does not stop a period running.
