What the Registry tells you

StatusObjected
Class25

A status. Accurate, and on its own not much use — it does not tell you what now has to happen, or by when.

BasisRule 33(4), Trade Marks Rules 2017

An obligation, a date, a countdown, the legal basis, and reminders scheduled before it becomes urgent. The month runs from the date the report reached you, not the date on its face.

How it works

1. EnterThe mark, its classes and filing date
2. RecordWhat the Registry did, in its own words
3. VerifyYou confirm it against the official record
4. Apply rulesEvents matched to the Act and Rules
5. CalculateDeadlines, with the legal basis
6. Assess riskWhat matters, and how much
7. RemindEscalating, well before the date
8. ActWhat to do, step by step

Deadlines, not just status

A status page tells you where the application is. Ragulika tells you what that means, what has to be done, by when, and what happens if it is not.

Every date shows its basis

Each deadline names the section or rule it comes from, the event that started it, and whether that event is confirmed against the official record or something you told us.

Statutory and recommended, never mixed

A date fixed by the Act is shown as a statutory deadline. A date we suggest — writing to the client before a renewal falls due — is shown as ours. They are never presented as the same kind of thing.

Classes move independently

A trade mark is not one thing. An objection in class 25 and an acceptance in class 35 belong to one application and run on different clocks, and the docket keeps them apart.

Where the courts disagree, so does the file

The High Courts do not read the evidence rules the same way, and which reading applies depends on which registry office the matter sits in. Ragulika names the court, states the split, and does not pretend it is settled.

No false assurance

Ragulika never tells you a mark is safe. It tells you what it can see, what it cannot, and where its picture of the file is still incomplete.

Never miss a trademark deadline again

Start with one mark, its class and its filing date. Ragulika works out the rest and asks you only for what it genuinely cannot determine.

Track my trademarks

Please read. Ragulika IP Trademark Assistant is a docketing and reminder tool. The deadlines it calculates depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the information available to it. It does not monitor the Trade Marks Registry continuously, it is not a substitute for professional advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Where a period or its interpretation is unsettled, Ragulika flags it and recommends professional verification.
